We are pleased to announce that American Bible Society’s Armed Services Ministry just launched the Military Bible Challenge app.

The app is based on the Military Bible Challenge program which helps members of the Military community experience the power of God’s Word. Currently being used by over 250,000 people annually, the Military Bible Challenge is a 75-day mission to pray, read, reflect, and respond to Scripture. Participants are encouraged to spend 20 minutes a day with God to train their spirit just like they would train their body.

With the Military Bible Challenge app—now available on both apple and android—members of the Military community have God’s Word at their fingertips! Whether they are deployed overseas or are serving at their normal duty station, they can draw strength from God’s Word through the Military Bible Challenge app.

How You Can Pray

Connecting Military members with the hope found in God’s Word is possible through innovative resources like the Military Bible Challenge app, amazing partnerships with chaplains and local churches, and your faithful prayers! Your prayers invite God’s Spirit to reach hearts in ways that we cannot do in our own human strength.

Join us today as we pray that each member in the Military community will encounter God’s love in the pages of Scripture. Here are three ways you can pray.

Pray for:

• The Military Community. Pray that God’s Word will help Military families experience God’s peace and comfort daily. Pray that God will protect and strengthen our U.S. Service members as they defend our freedoms.

• The Military Bible Challenge App. Pray that the app will help U.S. Service members, Veterans, and their families develop a habit of making Bible reading and prayer a priority in their lives.
