The Prayer Snapshot: A New Way to Connect
Tune in as we share critical prayer updates from around the world and pray together
The power of prayer is undeniable. The simple act of talking to God and trusting him can lead to miraculous transformation. It transforms us, it transforms others, and it transforms situations no matter how difficult they may seem. And in this moment, when we are seeing division and separation caused by political issues, social justice issues, and a global pandemic, we believe prayer is key. NOW more than ever we need to pray.
That’s why we’re excited to share with you a new resource to inspire your prayer life called ‘The Prayer Snapshot’. American Bible Society’s Prayer Team created The Prayer Snapshot to fuel your prayers for the Bible cause. These brief conversations are designed to:
- bring you critical updates on Bible ministry around the world;
- share stories of answered prayer and
- inform you on how you can pray for God to bring transformation.
Jesus said we should pray this way, “may your Kingdom come; may your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10, GNT). Thank you for being a part of this community that is praying to see God’s kingdom of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit established here on this earth. We can’t wait to share the wonderful things God is doing through the ministry of prayer. To listen to the first Prayer Snapshot episode, click here.
Also, you can share your personal prayer request with the American Bible Society Prayer Team at prayer@americanbible.org.
