In episode 31, we turn to an ancient prophecy in Scripture to learn of God’s promise of hope and light
Hopelessness is a horrible feeling. Whether caused by loss, sickness, death, abuse, or addiction, we all face situations that can make us feel utterly hopeless.
But despite feeling hopeless, we are not without hope.
Scripture reminds us where our hope comes from, “Let us give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! Because of his great mercy he gave us new life by raising Jesus Christ from death. This fills us with a living hope” (1 Peter 1:3 GNT).
In this episode of the Prayer Snapshot, we share how Jesus brings hope and light today. He brings hope to the present situations we face, and he brings hope for our future as we anticipate eternal life with him through his death and resurrection.
