The Prayer Snapshot: “Praying the Bible for Your Children”

In this episode we pray guided by Psalm 37 for our children

Raising children is hard. It takes a great deal of energy, resources, and a life-long commitment! But Scripture tells us in Psalm 127:3 (GNT), “Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a real blessing.”

Our children are both a blessing and a gift. God has entrusted them to us. And as parents, we can help shape their lives through our prayers. Scripture includes prayers that we can offer for our children. Prayers of protection, provision, strength, and direction.

In this episode of the Prayer Snapshot, we use Scripture to help shape our children’s destiny. Whether you have young children or grown children, adopted children, or stepchildren, your prayers matter! God hears our prayers for our children, and he responds. So let’s take the powerful truths in God’s Word and pray them for our kids. To pray with us, click below.
