The people of Latin America have been hit hard this year by COVID-19. Many countries whose people were already experiencing economic hardships have been pushed further into poverty by the pandemic.

That is why the friendship and support of our financial partners has been such a blessing. With their help, American Bible Society is distributing 1 MILLION NEW TESTAMENTS in Spanish-speaking countries like Latin America and the Caribbean. The Bibles our partners provide are being placed in hands and hearts in 11 different countries. Praise God!

“In the midst of the difficult health situation, we were able to send the New Testaments in record time,” says a team member from Uruguay who distributed Bibles.

Local Bible Societies distributed New Testaments in schools, hospitals, prisons, churches, and regions where natural disasters have caused devastation.

“I’m grateful for having access to the Word of God,” says Daniel* of Guatemala about receiving his New Testament. “It has helped me to know better the Gospel. Without it, I would not have a guide for my life.”
